Here’s the winners of the 31st Edition:
11 awards have been assigned among Official Prizes and Special Mentions
The Latvian “How are you doing, Rudolf Ming?” won the Gran Premio Asolo for Best Film
(Asolo, TV, August 27, 2012). Today, Monday, August 27th 2012, the winners of the 31st Edition of AsoloArtFilmFestival, chaired by Hermann Nitsch and directed by Steve Bisson, were declared. The Jury of the Festival has awarded 11 prizes, including Official Awards and Honorable Mentions. The Latvian “How are you doing, Rudolf Ming?”, as well as winning the award for Best Soundtrack won the Gran Premio for Best Film in Competition, while Elia Romanelli’s “LEN” received the Prize for the Best Film on Art.
Tuesday, August 28th at 8 pm at the Duse Theatre, the Jury of the 31st edition of AsoloArtFilmFestival, composed by Vittorio Dalle Ore, former assistant to Akira Kurosawa and film producer, Mikkel Maltha, music supervisor for film productions, Prati Kulshreshtha, indian journalist and university professor, Carlo Bragagnolo, photographer and documentary filmmaker and Manlio Brusatin, architecture professor and scholar of color, give the official awards for films in competition.
In all there are 11 awards. In addition to each film category of the Festival (Film on Art, Biographies of Artists, Film on Architecture and Landscape, Film on Design, Film on Video and Computer Art, Film schools production), there are two special mentions, an award for the Best Soundtrack, the Grand Premio Asolo and the Young Jury Award were awarded.
