For those who want to work as a volunteer at the AsoloArtFilmFestival, AIAF has provided several important positions and tasks.

Part of the activities will be closely based on information service and direct contact with cinema lovers and other visitors: for those who participate or just visit the exhibition and all the events related to it, it is important to meet people able to provide information about the detailed programs of the events and the organization in general. Volunteers can operate at the information points becoming an important point of reference for the visitors.

Very important is also to welcome people in theatres, galleries and other locations. The volunteers who fulfills this role will be responsible for guiding visitors and providing them with any specific material. The welcome and service area is a strenght for AAFF and it can be guaranteed by the enthusiasm and the spirit of cooperation of volunteers.

Those voulonteers who possess good organizational skills (and who possibly speak foreign languages) will be charged with organizing the guests’ stay during the festival. The artists and personalities taking part to the Festival will need someone to accompany them when moving, coordinating their participation to conferences, roundtables and other special events.

Those interested in a more “physical” and dynamic role there will have to take care of the distribution of information about the Festival. Flyers, posters and other materials should circulate in the territory to provide the event for the greatest visibility.
Finally, a good number of the volunteers will be involved in logistics and management, so as to arrange the spaces in which the various events connected to the Festival will take place.

Even from this brief description of the activities that will be reserved to volunteers it should be clear that their role is crucial to the success of the event. So AIAF needs a large team of collaborators, who spend their energy and their enthusiasm in such an event and who will also have the chance to live a unique experience!
